How does TOP Training work?

The goal of any form of training is to change behaviour.

Educational psychologists tell us there are certain key elements which need to be included in training to change behaviour and each of these are included in your Top Training Course

Measured Development

• Your Sales Team attend training sessions, held locally, once a month, for four hours only
• They then have a full month to take away the skills they have learned to make them part of their occupational behaviour

Comprehensive Written Materials

Each Delegate compiles a folder in which to keep notes and handouts from the course. By the end of the course the folder will contain information the Delegate is comfortable with, as he will have been through it page by page. This will become a valuable handbook for the Candidate to use in his/her career as a Car Sales Professional.

To Have The Opportunity To Revisit The Material

In addition to his/her own course handbook, each Candidate may visit the TOP Training website 'News and Views' as well as support from the Course Trainer via email whilst on the course.

• This includes the Candidate's personal TOP Training folder, all course materials, handouts and refreshments

Where can you attend TOP Training?

• TOP Training sessions are held at a venue local to you
• You have a choice of sessions to provide coverage at the Dealership
• For your comfort there are usually no more than ten Candidates on each session
• If you prefer, sessions may be carried out 'in house' at your Dealership subject to terms and conditions
